The à la carte menu of the Shampan includes dishes such as tiger king prawns from the bay of Bengal, tossed in butter and garlic, cooked with herbs, onions and fresh curry leaves and a medium hot sauce, spinach and seeds of Bangladeshi runner beans and chicken or lamb tikka cooked to their own recipe and very popular in the Sylhet region of Bangladesh. The drinks menu presents aromatic teas, coffees and soft drinks as well as all manner of alcoholic beverages.
