The Chutney restaurant opened in 2005 in the heart of Wandsworth. Serving authentic Indian food from all regions of India, the restaurant offers delicious meals in a warm atmosphere. It is open Monday - Sunday from 17:30 - 24:00 hrs.
The chefs of The Chutney use only the freshest and finest ingredients for the dishes. No artificial colourings or ingredients are used to prepare the meals. The dinner menu consists of a wide range of seafood, tandoori, chicken, lamb and vegetarian dishes. While all dishes are well-prepared, the handi subjie, the chicken tikka masala and the tandoori king prawn come highly recommended. Wines are served by the bottle except for the house wine which is available by the glass only.
The interior of The Chutney is full of rich colours. Red designer chairs, purple and red walls and a light brown wooden floor transfer a Bollywood feeling to London. Huge windows allow the light to flood the room and enable the fresh flower arrangements to illuminate. Nice and professional staff enrich the eating experience at The Chutney.
