Spread across three London locations - Camden, Chelsea and Clapham - Haché have cleverly mastered their trade, satisfying the appetites of their hungry audience. Gathering a swarm of loyal followers, this delicious eatery has become the talk of the town for serving up delicious gourmet burgers. And when we say gourmet, we really mean gourmet. Succulent beef burgers topped with Reblochon cheese, lamb burgers oozing with mint sauce and chicken burgers stuffed with red pepper and goat's cheese. Decadently categorised by highlights of global cuisine, you can select a 'Steak Mexican', brimming with Cajun spices, salsa and guacamole or choose a 'Steak Canadian', dripping with sweet cure bacon and melted mature cheddar cheese. Fish lovers might prefer the 'Thai Fish Burger', a mixture of cod and smoked mackerel sprinkled with exotic Thai herbs whilst vegetarians might opt for the 'Falafel Sweetcorn' served on a bed of spinach, red onions and sweetcorn chutney. And don't get us started on the sides. Thin fries, skin-on chips, potato wedges and sweet potato fries; it's carb comfort at its very best.
