The Great Eastern Dining Room offers excellent Pan-Asian dishes on Great Eastern Street in Hoxton. While the place is modern and sophisticated, the food is honest and well-prepared. The venue further features the downstairs DJ lounge bar 'below 54' that is ideal for a night out or an after work drink.
The menu of the Great Eastern Dining Room comprises dishes prepared with the best and freshest ingredients available. It offers a wide rage of all-time favourites as well as contemporary and inventive dishes. The à la carte menu includes chicken and water chestnut gyoza dim sum, sweet potato & roasted shallot mussaman curry and beef toban yaki. A nice selection of sushi and sashimi is also available. The extensive and complementary wine list presents wines from Europe and the New World with prices starting from £3.80 for a glass of their house wine.
The restaurant's interior is modern and minimalist featuring different coloured comfortable chairs and leather banquettes and designer chandeliers. The friendly and attentive waiting staff caters for every guest's well-being and is happy to recommend both drinks and dishes.
