This restaurant is sophisticated and contemporary, and split across two different spaces offering views across central London from East to West. See the Thames River from a unique vantage point, as well as the city's many bridges and sights. Overseen by executive chef Felix Petrucco, the restaurant's kitchen is renowned for the use of charcoal, josper grills, and wood-fired ovens, enhancing the rich flavors achieved through fire cooking methods.
