Pubs
Owned by a group of successful guys under the umbrella of Renaissance Pubs, the Rosendale belongs to a company who have won pub of the year awards and gained a respectable reputation. Basically, a visit here will serve up top-notch service, food and drink. Even their beer garden is something to behold.
Situated in the up-and-coming Dulwich area of south London, the Rosendale is ideal for a meet up with friends for some proper British bar food, or for an afternoon spent propping up the bar. On tap there's the usual line up of London lagers in Kronenberg, Heineken and Amstel, along with Guinness and the token tap cider, Aspall. A couple of guest ales stand up beside the rest, with a fully-stocked shelf of liquors and spirits behind the bar.
Also catering for more formal events, even weddings, this place combines the mix of modern-tradition effortlessly and cleverly. Its high ceilings, wood panels abound, and a gigantic map of London covering one of the side walls. Elsewhere, leather furniture and chunky tables serve as seating arrangements. In all, a pleasant and alluring little boozer for a really relaxing session.
